Yahoo hosted a computer hacker convention in Taiwan called "Hack Day."  The idea was to recruit programmers to work for the company. 

So the bigwigs over at Yahoo all put their heads together and decided that there was no better way to appeal to a bunch of pasty, sex-starved computer nerds than to hire Go-Go dancers to work the convention and give FREE LAP DANCES. 

Anyway, once photos of the convention hit the Web, critics started calling Yahoo sexist.  The company has now apologized, saying, quote, "This incident is regrettable and we apologize to anyone that we have offended.  Rest assured, it won't happen again."
