Get_Real_Now is an effort to create real discussions about drugs and promote healthy decision making when it comes to tough choices. This effort comes from the Community Bridges Prevention Partnership.
 
What’s being done about it?
Community Bridges Prevention Partnership established the Mesa Prevention Alliance in 2008 to address youth substance use through education, prevention, and healthy alternatives.  Community Bridges is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to the sustaining and recovery of human life. Our main goal is to reduce the effects of substance abuse by providing education, information, resources, prevention and interventions that support the success of youth, families, schools, and the community.
The Alliance meets monthly at the Family Resource Center in Mesa, AZ and is represented by 13 community sectors including youth and residents and If you wish to join or have questions, please contact Prevention Director Joronda Montaño at (480) 831-7566. Ext 216.
